This deck is based on an old Tunnel shape and designed under the eye of Team Tunnel’s Marshall Coben. Santa Monica skateboarder and skateboard high-jump champion Marshall Coben started on Zephyr before joining Tunnel in 1977. The 26” mini is a great shape, with die-cut grip, has a touch of concave and is screened with a graphic based on Marshall’s expertise bombing down dirt hills barefoot. Look for Marshall in the 1976 surf and skate classic movie “Go For It!”

Excellent kids deck or learner deck
No matter what the age, this deck is a perfect starter board. Matched with soft tunnel rocks, and tracker trucks, anyone will have fun skating on this. Make their first deck one to remember and one to keep forever.
For Younger skaters
This board comes with an option for the griptape not to be applied. Non griptaped boards are ideal for younger skaters of 5 to 7 years old. Younger kids learn by sitting, kneeling and lying down on the skateboard. Griptape shreds kids clothes. There is nothing worse than trying to explain to mum why juniors new jeans have holes in the knees! Keep the griptape stored for later when they need it on their board.
