Once you have received your "order has been dispatched" email, you will be able to track your package
online. Using the shipment tracking number in the confirmation email,
follow the steps below for your shipment method to check the status of
your package.
We use Couriers Please to ship large items such as skateboard decks and complete skateboards. Small items are shipped in the Express Post 500g satchel and bulky parts like wheels and trucks are shipped via teh 3kg Express Post satchel.
Express Post 500g and 3kg satchel
- Call Australia Post customer service on 13 13 18 (Options 3, then 3, then 1) and quote your Shipment Tracking Number.
- Visit your local Post Office and provide customer service with your Shipment Tracking Number.

to visit the Australia Post website and enter in your Shipment Tracking
Number in the Article Number field and choose the "Article" option.
Alternatively, you can also select the "Consignment" option.
- Note: Online Tracking is not in real-time and scan's can be delayed for up to 24 hours depending on the delivery address.
