Shipping policy: Small parts are shipped with Australia Post using either regular, registered or Express Post satchel. Decks and completes are shipped via Couriers Please. Couriers Please requires a signature on delivery, please ensure your delivery address will have someone available to accept the package. If there is no one to accept the goods, Couriers Please will leave a card and it is up to the customer to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Delivery Policy: Hopkin Racing will ship all goods to the address listed in the Ship to field on your invoice. Tracking numbers are emailed to you on the day of shipping. Tracking numbers can be used to find out where your parcel is without the hassle of ringing our shop. See more on Tracking my order.

Delivery Times: Ship times vary depending on region. Skate parts get shipped via Express Post and should be delivered next day. Check to see if your postcode is in the next day delivery network. 
Skateboard and longboard decks and completes are shipped out via Couriers Please. They delivery overnight to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Adelaide delivery is 2 days. Perth 3 days. Regional areas are 2 to 6 days depending on distance from regional distribution area.
Hopkin Racing is not responsible for courier delays in shipping.

Ship date: All customers are notified by email on the day of shipping with a courier reference for track and trace purposes.

New Zealand Shipping: Small and large skate parts are shipped via International Airmail or Express Post International. Decks and completes longer than 42 inches are shipped via DHL.
