Payment: Our methods of payment are Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, bank deposit, money order, cash, cheque and Hopshop points (our loyalty program).
Credit card payment is a live bank gateway. This means we do not store your credit card on our website. Our software opens a 128bit SSL connection between your computer and our bank (Westpac). The only details stored by our server is the transaction record number and amount, no personal data including your credit card is stored.
Bank Deposit: Our bank details are included on the invoice emailed to you after the order transaction. Please select bank deposit at checkout time and instructions are emailed. Orders are not shipped until funds clear.
Money orders are accepted. Please make them payable to Hopkin racing or Janus Technology.
Cash is accepted for order to be pick up. Please do not mail cash, we accept no responsibility if cash is lost in transit to our company via mail or courier.
Company and personal cheques are accepted but goods are not released or shipped until funds are cleared. Please make cheques payable to Hopkin Racing or Janus Technology.

Stock: Do we have stock? Unless otherwise stated in the product description, if it is available to be bought on our website we have it in stock. Hopkin Racing runs a live stock system. Only items in stock are available to be sold.
There are always exceptions to the rule, so please check product description. To increase the products we can offer you, we have partnered with some Australian distributors to sell stock from their warehouse.

Warranty: Hopkin Racing provides a one year warranty. Covers manufacturing defects only. Products sold on this website are designed to be destroyed with use. Warranty does not cover wear and tear.

Ship Cost to New Zealand guarantee : The cost of our products includes New Zealand shipping. Australian GST is not included on New Zealand orders, however we guarantee the cost of shipping will be no more than the Australian GST. Please note NZ Customs will charge NZ GST to any imports over the value of $NZ400.


Tax: All prices quoted are including GST (Goods and Services Tax), which is 10% under Australian law. International orders do not include 10% GST.

Hopshop Points Loyalty program
We reward our customers with Hopshop points. On every purchase you receive one Hopshop Point for every dollar spent. ASRA members receive 2 Hopshop points for every dollar spent. Conditions of teh program are outlined in out Terms and Conditions. Hopshop Points are earned only on our standard pricing and do not apply to discounted items. Hopshop Points are earned with purchases online and in our skateshop
Hopshop Points can be redeemed for products for sale on our website and within our skateshop. Hopshop Points can be used to pay for the whole order or part of the order.
