Corey Leeson - Team Rider

Name: Corey ‘Leeso’ Leeson

Age: 28

Where I’m from: I’m originally from a small country town in northern NSW called Casino but I’ve been living on the beautiful Gold Coast for about 10 years.

What i ride: My main discipline is stand up downhill but i also ride slalom, park street and sliding.

Favorite place to skate: My favourite place to skate would have to be wallaby dr Mudgeeraba…its about 2km of high speed hill in a suburban street.

What got me started: I always loved to skate around the schools with my mates when we were young… There were no skate parks in casino, but what got me stated in downhill was when i met Steve Daddow on a movie set when i was playing in the stunt industry and he showed me this amazing side of skating… Now im hooked.

Favourite skaters: I have to say that Steve has had the most influence on me when it comes to downhill cause he’s shown me most of his secrets, Ethan lau and Scoot Smith, Rodney Mullens is my favourite street skater that dude’s a freak… Lance Mountain and all the bones brigade.
